Ms. Bulmer is the Dean for the School of Health and Human Services at Southern Connecticut State University where she spent 15 prior years as a Professor of Public Health. She is the incoming President of the Board for the Connecticut American Heart Association and former President for the Society for Public Health Education. She is committed to community engaged research and programming to improve health outcomes.
