Mr. Aycock is the President of Longevity Markets, a consulting company focused on communities and services for older adults. He is also the President of The Cedars of Chapel Hill, an equity model CCRC in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He has over 20 years’ experience in the senior housing and services field creating strategies and tactics to expand markets, margins and missions. Mr. Aycock has been a speaker at multiple LeadingAge and other conferences focused on senior housing, services and the longevity economy. He is a former team member of two not-for-profit continuing care retirement communities and has led several consulting companies that have served over 300 organizations focused on bettering older lives.
